Full Circle Day/Week/Year

This time last week I did a blog post about losing a friend and co-worker of twenty years.  As I get back into the grind the of daily life as the holiday activities are finished, a new year, new goals, I find I have come full circle as our family gains a member.

My wife's brother and his wonderful wife were not supposed to be able to have children.  If they were blessed with a child it would be a high risk pregnancy from the start.  My sister in law, bless her heart, she has fought her way through thirty-seven weeks of trials, which ended this morning January 3, 2012.  Today, minutes into the new day, God blessed Justin Stewart and his beautiful wife, Magan Stewart, with a heavenly blessing, Gavin Lee Stewart.

My third child, Garth will turn two tomorrow, January 4th.  The boys will be so close, raised in a close and loving Christian families, I feel so happy for them and their futures together.  As I posted last week, I have hope for the future.  No matter what the world throws at these children they will be protected by God, raised and taught by some of the most loving parents who understand the blessings bestowed upon us by God by giving us children to teach, instruct and raise up.  I had my brother and sister growing up.  These kids have such a support system of cousins, aunts and uncles, mommies and daddies and a tight and close family.
I am filled with such a spirit of renewal, hope, and optimism for the future.

A new year!   New Goals!  New Books!

I have so many more contacts, help, support this year at this time than I did last year at this time.  I have a clear direction, motivation, and drive.  Last year started with a bunch of questions and groping in the dark.  I know what, when, where, and how I am going to do what I need to do this year.  I have learnt and grown so much in the last year, and am excited about what new and wonderful things I will learn this year.

New and Aspiring Authors!

You should have your goals written out by now!  You should have an idea of your writing goal and direction.  It is January 3, 2012.  It is either the first day of the rest of your life or the beginning of the last year of life on earth! ( Depending on your point of view.)

Game on people!

If you are a aspiring author, writing your first book, have an idea for a book, what ever leave a comment on this post.  Maybe leave a couple of your goals for the year as a comment!

If you need any help, have questions, what ever, ask!  I may not know the answer.  If I don’t I will try and find the answer or a way to help you.

The best way to learn anything in this world is to try and teach it.  I will strive over the next couple of years to teach aspiring authors to get published, traditionally or self-published, and turn people into Top Ten Best Selling Authors!
                                      Game On!
